I like this design because it is a simple design that utilizes negative space to create a peacock out of six simple shapes. I believe the target audience for this design to be males ages 30-50 who want to watch the news in a modern way to be informed on the current state of the world. The concept of this design is to have six colorful teardrop-like shapes with a cut-out space in the middle that resembles the body of a peacock so that the teardrop-like shapes resemble the feathers. This design could be found in many different places associated with the NBC company, such as, in the corner of the TV when watching this channel as well as on their website and other owned property such as vehicles used specifically for broadcasting for NBC.
