W24 Star Wars Poster

I like this design because of its simplicity and its use of minimalist aspects to illustrate a complex point. Also, this poster is for one of my favorite movie franchises, Star Wars. The target audience for this poster is believed to be males ages 25-35 who grew up and enjoyed watching the prequel Star Wars movies as a kid. The concept of this design is to have Anakin Skywalker as a boy, as he is in the film, walking, and behind him is a shadow of the infamous Darth Vader. Anakin Skywalker will eventually become the evil Darth Vader, so this poster foreshadows Anakin's descent into darkness by using a shadow of him walking as a mere boy. This design could be found in numerous places and it can be used for many things such as marketing for the movie online or even on the outside of a movie theater to gain interest for an upcoming film. It could also be used as merchandise and be sold online or in local shops as a poster to hang up on a wall in someone's room.
